Kinz (Nalbuphine HCL) 20mg injection
Nalbuphine hydrochloride is a phenanthrene series opioid agonist-antagonist analgesic. It shares a molecular structure with both the commonly used opioid antagonist naloxone and the powerful opioid analgesic oxymorphone. 17-(cyclobutylmethyl)-4,5-epoxymorphinan-3,6,14-triol hydrochloride is the chemical formula. The molecular weight of nalbuphine hydrochloride is 393.91 and it is soluble in water (35.5 mg/mL at 25oC) and ethanol (0.8%); it is insoluble in CHCl3 and ether. The pKa values of nalbuphine hydrochloride are 8.71 and 9.96, respectively. The chemical formula is C21H27NO4 HCl. The structural formula is as follows:
